Proof Of Payment
Please note that for Direct bank deposit, proof of payment is required. Should we not receive the proof of payment, your order will only be sent once the funds reflect in our account.
Domestic packages are sent via Courier Delivery or Speedy Courier counter to counter via the Post Office if you live in a regional area.
DOMESTIC PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Current processing time is 1-2 business days. Should your order take longer than this to be processed, you will be informed via email.
You may collect your order from King Edward Hospital or Woodford Grove, Morningside. Please contact us either by email at email@example.com ,or send us a message on Facebook to schedule collection time.
2. Overnight Delivery:
The cost is R100. Overnight is to major city centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein). If you are unsure if your area falls into this category please contact us either by email or phone prior to placing your order. Please note this applies for Monday to Thursday orders. Orders leaving on Fridays will only arrive on Monday or Tuesday as we do not do weekend delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
3. Regional/Outlying Areas:
Your item will be delivered to your nearest South African Post Office counter using the Speedy Services Courier. This is because the couriers charge more than R100 to deliver to these areas.
Cancellation of orders due to non-payment
All orders not paid for within 48 hours from purchase will be automatically deleted from our system and the stock will be put back up for sale. We are not held liable should you not be able to purchase the items again should they then be sold. Please make sure to forward proof of payment (directly from your bank) to firstname.lastname@example.org within that period to prevent losing out on your purchase (For EFT ONLY). Should you have paid for an item and proof of such and have not sent us the proof of payment and the order is automatically cancelled on our system we will refund you for the items or send you the items if still in stock at our earliest convenience
We ship to just about internationally using the South African Post Office. Please contact us to receive a quote. Price of shipping depends on the weight of the total items. Select the SAPO international option on the checkout page.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Current processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12pm SST will ship the following business day.
We ship to the address provided at checkout, also listed on your order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong, or incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyers expense. Please double check that your address is correct to avoid any issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees that the destination country may charge. Be advised that we cannot control customs delays and are not liable for lost or stolen packages shipped via the South African Post Office. If you’d like to insure your shipment, please let us know in the email quotation and also select SAPO international – insurance option on the checkout page. .
ll LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We strive for excellent customer service, and it is our intention to provide you with a great experience! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us so that we may assist you.
RETURNS | All returns must be initiated and approved by us in one of two ways. If you need to return an item, please login to your account, or email us. From your account, you will be able to view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Products can be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate your return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
REFUNDS | You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days once your return is received.
INCORRECT ITEMS | If you have received an incorrect item please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you. It is customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 7 business days of receipt. All incorrect items must still be in the original package in unused condition. Buyer will not be responsible for return and/or replacement shipping costs if the buyer has received an incorrect item.
DAMAGED ITEMS | If there is an issue with the item you received please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product to arrange for your exchange. Buyer will not be responsible for return and/or replacement shipping costs if the buyer has received a defective item.
