Proof Of Payment
Please note that for Direct bank deposit, proof of payment is required. Should we not receive the proof of payment, your order will only be sent once the funds reflect in our account.
Domestic packages are sent via DSV, Fastway or The Courier Guy. They are sent via Postnet counter to counter if you live in a regional area.
Domestic processing and delivery times
Due to the corona virus, items are sent out for delivery on Saturdays. The courier has also informed us that the items will take 7 – 10 working days to arrive.
No shipping option on the checkout page
Please do not hesitate to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can add your shipping area to our database and present you with shipping options.
Cancellation of orders due to non-payment
All orders not paid for within 48 hours from purchase will be automatically deleted from our system and the stock will be put back up for sale. We are not held liable should you not be able to purchase the items again should they then be sold. Please make sure to forward proof of payment (directly from your bank) to email@example.com within that period to prevent losing out on your purchase (For EFT ONLY). Should you have paid for an item and proof of such and have not sent us the proof of payment and the order is automatically cancelled on our system we will refund you for the items or send you the items if still in stock at our earliest convenience.
We ship to just about internationally using the South African Post Office. Please contact us to receive a quote. Price of shipping depends on the weight of the total items. Select the SAPO international option on the checkout page.
Refunds and exchanges
We strive for excellent customer service, and it is our intention to provide you with a great experience! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us so that we may assist you.
RETURNS | All returns must be initiated and approved by us in one of two ways. If you need to return an item, please login to your account, or email us. From your account, you will be able to view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Please do no throw away the item in question. Products can be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate your return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
Refunds | You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days once your return is received.
Incorrect items | If you have received an incorrect item please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you. It is customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 7 business days of receipt. All incorrect items must still be in the original package in unused condition. Buyer will not be responsible for return and/or replacement shipping costs if the buyer has received an incorrect item.
